Chocolate Mousse
What you need
- Medjool dates 7 or 14 regular dates soaked for an hour in boiling water then drained
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup
- Avocados 2 large (just ripe)
- Light coconut cream/milk or almond milk 1/2 cup
- Vanilla 1 teaspoon
- Dark cocoa 3 Tablespoons
- Honey or sugar 2 Tablespoons (if needed for sweetness)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Method
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth and velvety. Delicious with Greek Yoghurt and fresh berries
