Power Oat Pancake

What you need

Egg 1 
Rolled Oats 2 tablespoons 
Oat bran 2 tablespoons 
Plain low fat yoghurt 2 tablespoons

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Pour into heated non-stick pan.  Cook until bubbles appear on the surface then turn over carefully.  Cook the other side for around one minute then transfer to a plate. Top with fresh fruit and yoghurt.  Get your daily fix of selenium by sprinkling with 2 chopped brazil nuts before serving.
